- Membership of the WJS is available for anyone working in welding, joining and allied technologies
- Joining the WJS provides a valuable stepping stone to achieving Professional membership because WJS activities provide our members with valuable IPD and CPD in your specific industry sector. Unlike TWI professional membership the applicant's academic, work history and competence is not assessed which enables you to join the institute and gain valuable benefits immediately
